Fabulous 698b is a seasonal pop up restaurant based in the heart of London. Offering a delicious and innovative 4-course menu, with a cocktail on arrival and extra little treats, Fabulous 698b create a unique dining experience which is also available for private events.

You can look forward to seasonal British products revealing unexpected flavours and combinations. Experience a dinner party, focused not only on the food, but equally on the atmosphere and the social aspect of sharing an evening between guests.

Us…

Fabulous 698b was created in 2015 by Maja Pauling and Guillaume Jounot. Having both worked for many years in high end establishments as head chef and restaurant manager, we felt it was time to follow our dreams.

The first step was to start Fabulous 698b Supper Club in our home where we would host dinners for up to 12 guests. After a successful six months we evolved to organising larger Pop Up restaurants and private events in variety of funky locations around London.

The path is exciting and challenging, a life learning adventure, we know what we want and where we want to go!
